Adult Acute Services

Our Mental Health Professionals assist adults who recognize that their problems are interfering with their daily life by assessing problems and helping clients find solutions. This assistance is provided through assessment interviews, individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric assessment, medication administration and monitoring, and case management services.

Key Services

  • Acute Care - Outpatient mental health services for adults under 62 years.
  • Senior Adult - Certified geriatric professionals provide comprehensive assessment and treatment services to adults 62 years and older. Help is available for older adults experiencing grief, phase of life changes, depression, manic depression, anxiety, panic disorders, dementia, co-existing mental illnesses with substance abuse, and physical disability with declining emotional functioning. This service enhances senior adult's quality of life by promoting healthy living; maintaining independence; reducing the risk of neglect, abuse, and exploitation; and reducing the risk of psychiatric hospitalization. Consultation and educational services are provided to community nursing homes, senior residential providers, and other community organizations providing services to elderly adults.
